Jim,

Yes, I understand that.  Nor am I from the States.  It did imply though how
much of the stimulation comes from that quarter, eighth, sixteenth, ...  . 
 I am grateful to them.   Although God forbid we turn the list into
something nationalistic.   Or would Heidegger prefer us rooted?
