The approach to marx is through commodity value, esp. of money vs. use
value, and their relation to Neitzsche's revaluation of all values, where I
agree with you that we are still stuck in nihilism.  Within the modern
situation Dasein itself is becoming a set of commoditized skill-values.
Heidegger's destruktion of values seems to be the only way of creating an
alternative dialogue to imperialism (as practiced in Rome, Britain, the
USSR, and the USA).

How would you approach marx with the heideggerian critique?

Once we are dealing with Being at the level of "values" we are
already in nihilism.
