I'm trying hard to follow this. Maybe im a bit confused because I was assuming
this was in response to my disagreements with Jim ??? 
Anyway, I'm with you on all of this, and i find it interesitng that so many
postings in this "Heidegger" group resort to "scientific" defenses of
everything from race to brain research to culture. The new orthadoxy is
definetely science...which Heid to his credit understand to be essentially a
low order consciousness and diversion from real thinking.
But if you are taking issue with something i posted let me know...because I'm
not following that. js
