FWIW, Amazon now says the paperback edition will be published in September 
2001 (Hardcover was due out last Nov. -  Dec.). Unfortunately, since the 
AAUP site was closed in April of this year, the Northwester University 
Press site is not searchable for an update on the actual publication date.

I spoke to Kimberly Maselli (Acting Director, NUP, e-mail: kam123-AT-nwu.edu) 
in October of 1999 and posted her comments to the list (File 
heidegger.archive/heidegger_1999/heidegger.9910, message 344) about the 
publication of this work, which has a long history of complications and 
delays. It's been quite awhile since I corresponded with her, so maybe it's 
time for another inquiry?
