This was the point made earlier. The US has supported these regimes. The
earliest one was in Iran. They supported the Taliban, an rather small ethnic
group in Aghanistan by providing them with $2 billion in aid and training.
Now they are killing the Taliban. This stupidity goes on all the time.
Chomsky is correct, the US government is a terrorist organization.

Free from what? 90 million US citizens lack any medical coverage. If one of
these persons become sick, they could easily lose their house, and all their
assets. There are 1.5 million men in prison in the US. The US has 7 times
more homicides per year than does the UK. The US has the highest cancer
mortality rates in the world.

The US is the only western democracy with capital punishment. It was the
last western democracy to ban slavery.

Yes CNN is speaking out daily, but there is little being said about the
internal problems in the US.

We had our phone tapped by the CIA for two years. We were opposed to an open
pit uranium mine and we organized peaceful opposition to this mine, and
others in the province. The price which we paid was to lose our privacy for
two years. A few years ago we obtained the result we were seeking. We have
an Act Restricting the Mining and Milling of Uranium in British Columbia. We
also lost a lot of valueable time. That uranium would have ended up in bombs
of infinite destruction.

Did we consent to digging up the materials which would laterly be used to
kill us? No we learned from history that the US is not concerned about any
other nation but itself. They just instituted a 39% tariff against Canadain
lumber imports, yet they are asking Canada to work with them in Afghanistan
and carpet bomb.

Aesop is a German and so was Carl Jung. I personally find many (but not all
that I have met) Germans to have very crude senses of humour, but that is my
personal opinion. I prefer the English and the Italians for their humour.
The Italians are some of the funniest people on the face of the earth.

The Northern Alliance has been suspected of mass executions lately by the
United Nations.

I think that Osama is a nut case. I think he was abused by his mother when
he was young. I don't think he is innocent.

I hope that he is brought to justice.
