I spent an hour writing a long bitter and detailed  reply to your post,  ( a 
classical Catweasle type riposte)   It's in my archives - anyone who wants to 
read it  - can - if they e-mail me privately. I may upload it , (if I can)  
to the Heidy List records -  I may post it to the AIT webpage -  for 
posterity - if not -   it's no great loss. 
My new policy is not to enter into discussions with people of your particular 
type.
