An idealist is someone who searches for a black cat in a dark room, wherein
is no cat. A materialist is someone who searches the same cat in the same
room, but shouts once in a while he got it.

The idealist sees world as unsubstantial, therefore as a nothing, an
expression of the absolute vacuum. The materialist believes in
substantiality, but he cannot know his matter, since he refuses metaphysical
(beyond the mere physics) speculation. So, how this does leave us on the to
be?

Gigantomachia peri tes ousias!
