Yes, and for the thousands of non - cultist critics of Heidegger that can be
found on the net in articles or
discussion groups simply by keying in the word "Heidegger."
Anyway - which of the words used to describe Heidegger do you have a problem
with - and why?

(1) Lowlife?
(2) Nazi?
(3) Opportunist?
(4) Creep?

If you don't believe me as to the intensity with which many people hate
Heidegger - try doing a Google 'groups' search, or simply key in the
combination Heidegger+opportunist, or Heidegger+Nazi,. or simply key in
Heidegger+any expletive you can dream up.
You really surprise me that you are unaware of this anti-Heidegger feeling
amongst a lot of people.
Contrary to what you suppose the Spoons List was not created to provide a
nest-box for cults where criticisms of
Nazis are not allowed - and whether it is palatable to you or not the fact
remains (and will never change) that Heidegger
was a lowlife Nazi opportunist creep - you can't get away from that, and no
amount of self-deception - or banning the word Nazi or
substituting the word Nazi with asterisks **** will make your problem (for it
is YOUR problem) go away.
When one reads Heidegger in B & T and other pieces by the man, and one comes
across a word, one automatically
compares it with his use of the same word in one of his hymns to Der Fuhrer -
there is no escape from this. His political
diatribes debase his "philosophical" efforts and transmute what gold there
may be [perceived] therein to base lead.
A kind of reverse alchemy.

Cheers,

Jud.

Whom in the hell are you speaking for; that saecular world outside of
the Spoons list?
