Jud: Neitzsche was sickened by reading the yellow journalism of
his time; I swoon in the face of current events and *push-pull*
comodification of *current events*, a swell, and in the fractal
dimensional expansion of information technologies and pubic press,
so much moreso accordingly.

Now, this decade, the feeding frenzy is Priests, last decade it was
teachers & headmasters, last century it was wife abuse and
philandering that was given a pass, this century in the arab world,
many women are still suffering the effect of what you call
Medievalism, that was/is the *elephant in the living room*, who
knows what's going on under the sheets next deacade oR if
muff-diving will be declared a criminal offense, as they are all
over the USofA to THIS DATE: ref: *The Sodomy Laws*?

Fortunately, we have records that are historic. Much of what you
evidence is public panic and the effects of reporting/info access.
Witch Hunts and Marvin Harris' account of them are MOST interesting
phenomenae--check THEM out: society's ultimate *urban legend*:
The Witch!

Much of it is changing mores, unfortunately much of it is the human
condition, and I mean by that: Primate Behaviors--watch 'em
sometime!

For example: Anyone looking at the works of Lewis Carol and
considering especially his photographic rotogravures would be
convinced he were a child-molester of little girls, perhaps he was!
and what of Plato's *lovely young men*? gimmeAbreak!--check Lewis
Carrol's WEB presence and hope the thought police don't confiscate
your Hard Drive before you purge your cookies, Jud!

In fact, it is the world-weary east that tires of the human being,
check out *Nirvana* sometime when you sicken of Emmanuel (God With
Us!)--it is only after Heidegger that we can begin to appreciate
the human for what it is: and get beyond the mandrillus ex
machina! ;-} rap.
