Yes, as I told John Foster, in the same way that by "battle" in his Rector's 
Address, Heidegger explicitly says that did not mean a "dispute and 
squabbling and mere disagreement, and certainly not as use of force and 
beating down the opponent." That would be like appealing "to the supposedly 
Heraclitean proposition 'War is the father of all things' to proclaim war 
and battle as the highest principle of all being and thus to offer a 
philosophical justification of the warlike." As I told John, I could easily 
twist many of the ontological terms in SuZ to ontically justify war. 
Violence. Battle. Resoluteness in the face of death.

Same with plunder.
