I've had good success in the past with purchases of this sort- buying through the amazon site but not from the amazon warehouse. It may take a little longer to get there (I waited a week for one out of print book from Wyoming- but, all things considered, that's fairly slight for the rare/hard-to-find volumes), but I haven't had any problems with that sort of commerce yet, and you often get good prices. Safer than ebay, at any rate. Beyond that notion- the book does seem to be out of print, as I've looked also in a number of places. So the Amazon marketplace is probably your best bet.
