What does he say in the page on Husserl?

Basically that Husserl somewhere has lost his motivation,
that he merely had begun picking out elements from his repertoire,
that the ongoing development of the transcendental reduction,
which he does not want to condemn as such, although a 
primitive notion of 'transcendence' is used by Husserl,
point to that situation of self-loss. 
All that becomes more understandable, writes Heidegger, 
when one looks back to 1905 (Philosophy as rigorous science),
to the SCIENTIFIC pretentions of the philosopher Husserl,
who in those days let himself be caught by Neo-Kantian influence.
Philosophy, says Heidegger, can only be there where there
is an essential unevenness, brokenness, that excludes science.

What, more generally, hits the (my) eye: the letters to Stenzel
are from 1928 to 1931. The reception of BT made Heidegger already
doubt much, but in 1930, the year of this passage on Husserl,
his distance from academic philosophy seems to have grown considerably.
You know already of some things he wrote on philosophy in GA29/30.
And then 1933 and 1936...
