.Michael: hisses:

.. now pinned proudly upon your site. Curious you collect Nazi memorabilia.

Jud:
Correction... Now pinned proudly to Heidegger's lapel on my site.
And I DO NOT collect Nazi memorabilia!

Michael:
And as for apologies: have you ever apologised for the British slave trade
etc etc etc)?

Jud:
I wasn't even born at the time of the slave trade, neither were my parents. I
wasn't a member of a slave-making operation - Heidegger was.

Michael;
All your hatefilled nonsense concerning Heidegger would be almost tolerable
if it weren't for your less-than-shallow understanding of his thinking.

Jud:
IMO my understanding of Heideggerian ideas surpasses yours by light-years You
are still wallowing in the trough of Daseinic despond, and plainly haven't
got a clue concerning the so-called 'ontological difference' of the lightheaded
leaf-gazer from Lower Germany.

Jud [earlier]
In this sense this evil toad is fair game for any type of ad hominem or
burlesque - or mockery one cares to level at him.

Michael:
Such juvenile tactics debases us all; what possible good can come from
ridicule and mockery; it merely makes the ridicule-monger and mocker themselves
ridiculous and mockworthy.

Jud:
Ridiculousness posing as seriousness always invites mockery. No more juvenile
than petulantly ridiculing and humiliatingly relieving Husserl of the key to
the library and [according to Jaspers or perhaps Arendt hastening his former
mentor's death. Much less debasing than your Nazi hero Heidegger's 'support by
silence' [guilt by ommission and guilt by association] for his party-pals
'agricultural corpse farms.' as he described them.

Michael:
Here come the clowns indeed. Actually less than clowns because clowns have a
certain sly intelligence and attractive childishness; whereas your explosions
of blind hatred (and that's all that comes across) are simply ugly and
demeaning to everyone; one wonders why you bother to insult this list with your
bile-ridden scribblings (genuine question).

Heidegger:
'“The Führer himself and he alone is the German reality, present and future,
and its law."

Jud:
Are these the 'bile-ridden scribblings' you are referring to?

Michael [again]
one wonders why you bother to insult this list with your bile-ridden
scribblings (genuine question).

Jud:
Basically for educational purposes - both my own and others. To constantly
place the ontic and ontological facts in the public arena, rather than
experience the constant drip of hypocritical apologia, and to highlight the essential
religiously inspired juvenilia that is Heideggerian transcendentalist
obscurantism.
Additionally, as well as viewing this as a 'vocational' obligation to truth'
and as a way of speaking on behalf of the innocent millions that were
hideously killed by the organisation of which Heidegger was a member and to which
Heidegger lent credibility.

To point out occasionally, and when I deem it necessary, that ... no... the
earth revolves around the sun and not the other way around, and that ... no...
the 'is-word' is not to be found in the leaf, or on top, or underneath it,
but provides the mechanism which allows us to say that the leaf is green.

Cheers,

Jud.
