Funny, you had no problem telling him what you were "sympathetic" to,
regarding what he said. However it seems that you do not equally point out
what you are unsympathetic to regarding what he said. Instead of masking
your procedure in the above way, you should just say straight out: the enemy
of mine enemy is my friend. But then again, you will mask this too...
