At least we both agree that the prime ministers Arafat appoints need 
help. Why do they keep resigning or threatening to resign? Is it 
because of Saron? Or could they be finding Arafat as intractable as 
Barak did?

(I take it your criterion of legitimacy is popular approval. Is the 
government of Algeria legitimate? After all, a democratic election was 
annulled there)
