That kind of "resoluteness" is not the kind that criticizes certain factical 
actions (such as those of George Bush or Wal-Mart) but not others (such as 
those of the UN), which is what you have been attempting.

It has nothing to do with "excusing" anything (Note that I am also 
"excusing" government and UN activities from such ontological "criticism"). 
It is precisely the conflation of ontological Guilt (Dasein as 
Being-the-basis of a nullity) with ontic guilt regarding particular actions 
but not others, which brings Angst and Guilt into everydayness.
