That's the next question I have in mind. I don't think this is just a matter 
of the hermeneutical circle. Heidegger says that whatever is interpreted 
must already be understood, but he specifically  denies that we have power 
over how we are thrown into our possibilities. And the question of changing 
gestell is a question of power, not of understanding.
