Yes, Heidegger does in fact comment on _lathae biosas_ in the Parmenides lectures,
but only to eludidate what Verborgenheit/hiddenness means (cf. GA54:35, 40).

In English we can say, "While away the time."

That's something that only politicians and states(wo)men can do, and it is a hard,
messy business.

I like the word _oikeiosis_. It resonates with Ereignis as propriation and also
with Wohnen, i.e. living in that space which one has adopted as one's own.

It is no surprise, and perhaps even comforting, that there are resonances of
thoughts throughout history.
