If you volunteer for this job, it will gladly be yours.  Otherwise,
I suspect we won't even think of doing it; we are far too lazy.  

Also, I am sort of against "highlights".  Sort of.  I can't deny that
there is such a thing as highlights, but I don't like the idea of
reifying the notion.  Highlights is a state one gets into, not
a product?  Another list-philosophical issue.

There used to be a Benjamin list on thinknet, when thinknet was on
world.std.com.  I suspect that it still exists as benjamin-AT-think.net.
It was almost always completely dead, and we decided that it would be
better to just have a frankfurt-school list.  Do you know about the 
f-s list, Tom?  It's been pretty inactive, and could use a good Benjamin 
discussion.
