It is Jon and Hans Despain [among Spooners] that have specifically
stated opposition to expulsions from the current list.  I stated that
I could go either way, and I have gone toward a new list because of
them.

OK, I am hereby submitting an official couterproposal: let's not form
a new list, let's keep the current list and simply expel whoever is
obstructing discussion.  I see absolutely no reason why we should,
instead, form a new list.  If Jon or Lisa or anybody else can argue
why forming a new list is better, let's think this through together.
