To whom it may concern,  I am currently nearing the end of a PhD which
has as one of its main focuses Lyotard's work.  The thesis topic is
"sovereignty". For the most part I have not had much assistance in
developing my arguments and I am very interested in testing some of my
thoughts out on those who know Lyotard's work.  I am also interested in
finding some markers for the thesis.  I will not go into any more detail
at this stage as I am not sure who the addressee of this meassage is.  I
will wait to hear from you.
