Agreed.  Someone says what is time? and you point to a clock. 
         Someone says what is a clock? you point to time.
 
A friend who couldn't see red marked papers with orange.
He lived in California, and knew stoplights by position of red
vs orange.  He said in some States the position was reversed 
and cause him trouble.
