I wouldn't want to tar everyone with the same brush -- I would advise 
anyone who has completely lost faith in the media to have a look at the 
Guardian, such as:

Whatever you think of this, it's not eye-for-an-eye stuff, by any stretch 
of the imagination. If we're going to criticise the media, we have also to 
give credit where credit is due, don't you think? Actually, I've been 
surprised by the amount of questioning that is going on, even on the 
television. Now if only Harold Pinter would appear on Channel 4 again...
