Subject: G7 attack on financial assests

Today the core globalisation countries announced that all assets within 
the G7 countries believed to be owned by terroists or their sympathisers 
will be frozen and effectively impounded by the local G7 state.

The interesting thing here is that the G7 countries are effectively 
functioning as a core group of nation states - rather than functioning 
through the traditional global institutions.
