As the football plays in Japan - I was sitting in an office wondering 
why I was more stressed over the England - Argentina game than the 
seemingly inevotable drift into a war that could go nuclear in Khasmir. 
 In the late afternoon  it was explained to me over a espresso and vodka 
that 'the war against terrorism' had legitimated so much reactionary 
activity that  '...why not push the act of pure and total war into a 
nuclear event...?'
