His organization is very active on the Web. Like the Reform Party, also notably unsuccessful in 2000, they are gun freaks. Reform Party is rabid (not without reason) on Mexican immigration. Green Party, the most successful Third Party, with Ralph Nader as candidate, drew huge crowds of university and college students in 2000 Election. If the three parties would form a coalition against the Republicrats, and campaign with movie stars and music stars in campus rallies, plus email (incl. global Greeens) they could get enough new young voters to become a real force in U.S. politics. regards, Hugh > Shawn/Eric > > What is a libertarian ? > > During the last 25 years the 'libertarians', that is the right-wing variety > who are pre-dominant in the 'libertarian' camp - at least within Europe have > always been supporters of the right, supporters of neo-liberalism, whilst > critical of the third way they are for less controls on capital and a > smaller 'state', and against any 'state' related support of the > under-priveliged and the redistribtion of wealth. > > I realised on reading Shawn's note that he is using the phrase in terms of > anarcho-libertarian or left-wing-libertarian.
