Steve/All,

"Presidential Character",  a President who is "all take and no give".   $150
Billion for Iraq, vs. 200 million   for AIDS in Africa has Jeffrey Sachs
upset.  While others mince words, Howard Dean and other candidates approach
the moment of truth when  Presidential mis-statements and deceptions are
called "lies".

The War on Terror is a religious War.  The State of Israel has more than 50
years of experience:  one year, 50 times repeated.

Suicide bombing was practiced effectively by the Japanese State in WWII,
sending ships to the bottom of the ocean, sending huge aircraft carriers  to
drydock for a new superstructure.  The remedy was the two A-bombs that took
 hundreds of thousands of  Japanese lives..,  Ten years later the U.S. had
the H-bomb -  700 times more powerful.

WWII was a short war.  The Japanese State surrrendered.  Vietnam was much
longer, the U.S. surrendered.  Nation states surrender.  Stateless
terrorists do not.  Not Bin-Laden, not Hamas.

The U.S. has chosen the Israel-Palestine model..  Killing by means of
State-launched tanks, and rockets is not terrorism.  Palestinian terrorists
have no State -  There is no entity to surrender.  They are part of a
worldwide Muslim religious complex of more than a billion dedicated souls,
with leaders who frequently exhort fanatic followers  in fabulously
beautiful mosques on
every continent, and Sri Lanka.  Check the Internet.
