Subject: Re: antispam spam

Quite philosophically interesting this issue:

The anti-spam software generates yet more meaningless emails. Putting
the responsibility for the email being delivered on the 'author' of the
email not on the reciever. Obviously the act of reading has become
something to be avoided. This must surely mark the end of internet as a
means of unsolicited information exchange.

I contemplated writing an automated responder just to see what would
happen - but relented and just automatically delete the messages along
with all the other strange emails that have to be deleted on arrival, as
this seems a more civilised approach.
