There are all kinds of little award-trinkets floating around the net. Most are mainly hype (I established Canada's first and biggest web award last year, called the eyeSITE Award, so I know it's 70% bull. :) You can check it out at http://www.eye.net/eyeSITE.) But I've never seen a Russian one, and certainly never seen a Russian netter give one to a Marx site! Heh. Apparently, the little comment beside the MEIA link/award reads: "it is something we failed to learn when we had a chance to." Feel free to deconstruct that.
