Yes they is a difference. But could you be a little more specific?

Is this true? Or some feminist ballbusting?

Glad your not my doctor! Naturally I belive in the privacy of a 
doctor-patient relationship after a proletarian revolution. Which includes 
privacy in the above matters which in many cases could be sexual fantasi..  
Naturally not connected to opening the books of the doctors and the private 
hospitals connected to free health care...
