Hugh, my little darling, I love the idea of grazing in green meadows near streams of milk and honey, but could you explicate your proposed implementation of this attractive idea? Like, when you say "another moderator should be found", who exactly is it, according to you, that should do the finding? And once this person is found, who should teach hir the technicalities of moderating the list? Keep them abreast of technical developments? Provide technical help? Up to now, it's been me that was doing all this, but now that I am being sent off to sweeter lands, there seems to be a yawning gap where this job once was. Also, I wonder who exactly should "put me out to pasture", and what that would look like. Would I know it when it happened? -m
