Well, it's an image whose essential characteristics are workoholism,
an obsession with profit and control; a complete at-homeness with that 
particular combination of sterility and sleaze that is known as "corporate 
culture"; a choking off of vast potentialities of inner and outer life;
a narrowing of vision so that everything is reduced to selling and buying.
It locates the apex of manhood in an antiseptic ruthlessness and in man's 
self-realization as a money-making machine.  If this is not an oppressive 
model to follow, then I don't know what is.
