A student or a teacher may want to look up general reference materials to 
have a glimpse of Saint Simon and then go to the original works cited 
therein.

For light reading, however, there is a series of popular materials called 
... for Beginners.  So you may want to check "Marx for Beginners", 
"Socialism for Beginners", "Marxism for Beginners". There, they cite 
Saint-Simon and summarize succinctly in the form of a comic book.  These 
books are in fact heavy readings made to appear simple.
