That's because you've been away. I've posted here almost every day.
And that modern stuff you fear you're NOT supposed to eat, d'you hear?
It's for use at distant sites to provide us with some warmth and ligths,
to drive our magic sending tool and, in the summer, keep us cool.
But I fear these things will remain a quiz to poor old Flintstone Leftie 
Biz.
