It is not at all black and white as you try to present the question above. 
In fact it is a very dialectical problem and answers. But we have to have 
the principle clear first.

I see the above as a somewhat disguised attempt for Tony to say I feel a 
little bit uneasy about this Ebonic stuff thus I will be clever and pose a 
question with some cloak and dagger "devils advocate stuff, hoping to get 
some answers. I think that is good. Things like the ebonic stuff which are 
heately engaged in on the Usenet forum are important for using as a platform 
for communists to agitate before a very large audience.

But in answer it is both yes and no to the question. Every political 
intervention on a serious question causes problems. It has to do both with 
the ideology of the ruling class and also the combined and uneven 
development of both poor and working class people connected to a leadership 
who stands as the spokesman of the classes on as particular question.

Thus in this question Ebonics, as everything else, one has to take a clear 
and principled postion on the question and then fight it out with all of the 
other conflicting interests.
