Subject: M-G: Forum on revolutionary regroupment

Around 50 comrades attended a London forum on revolutionary
regroupment organised by the Liaison Committee of Militants for a
Revolutionary Communist International(LCMRCI), the Committee for a
Revolutionary Regroupment (CRR) and the Workers International League (WIL).
The meeting started with the reading of a message from Workers Voice (USA)
and the anouncements of regards from the LCMRCI groups in Bolivia, Denmark
and Peru and from other comrades.

Dave Bedggood, Richard Price and Jonathan Joseph coincided with the idea
that the working class is suffering a reactionary offensive in the West and
in the East a counter-revolution under the banner of "democracy", and that
the destruction of the stalinist regimes in the hands of capitalism, and not
under a proletarian revolution, was a retreat. The new period opening up
since 1989 urges the necessity for a revolutionary regroupment of all
consistent bolshevik forces.

Spartacist, Lutte Ouvriere (France), RIL, Workers Power, PTS (Argentina) and
other groups and comrades contributed to the debate. A comrade from
Socialist Outlook announced a desire to discuss integration in the
rapprochement process. The WIL announced that its
international tendency, the Leninist Trotskyist Tendency, have a new section
in Sweeden. The LTT has already comrades in eight countries while the LCMRCI
have comrades in five countries.

The debate was democratic and shows that a very progressive step is going
forwards.
