Duplicate posts can be eliminated quite easily .  If someone
wants to send the same message to both lists, just address it
to one list and Cc it to the other list, don't send it seperately to
each list.  This way, people that subscribe to both lists will
automatically only recieve one copy of your post, which in most
cases is much more than enough.
