THE SITUATION EVOLVES RAPIDLY, BUT AS OF LAST NITE (276.2.97) THEY 
HAD NOT YET BEEN SIGHTED IN ON BVL.

TO BE ADDED TO THE ABOVE IS THAT THE PNG SOLDIERS HAVE MASSIVELY 
REFUSED (TWO WHOLE COMPANIES, ACCORDING TO LAST INFO) TO RETURN
TO BVL AFTER LEAVE, RECREATION, ETC.
