Subject: M-G: Olaechea is a charlatan


	Few weeks ago Fujimori was 3 days in London. It wa s the first 
official visit of a peruvian President to Britain in years. Olaechea claim 
to be the PCP-SL's "ambassador" in Britain and overseas. 
	He could have the opportunity to make some publicity. In fact, he 
didn't do any picket by the Fujimori's hotel, by the peruvian embassy or in 
the Fujimori's conference. He even did any single graffiti or leaflet 
against him.
	There was a demonstration outside the Theatre in which Fujimori 
spoke. More than 100 people were there. Olaechea and the pro-PCPSL knew 
about it. They didn't want to arrive.All of them were "CIA agents"
	Nobody see Olaechea in the strikes, demonstrations or protests 
organised by the workers or youth movements in Britain or Europe. 
	He is not part of the workers movement anywhere in the world. 
	He doesn't have a deep political culture. He doesn't know what is 
happening in Peru.
	He could invent stories. He could say that he was a great leader of 
the Peruvian masses. In previous discussions he showed that he was a 
complete charlatan. He couldn't prove that he was the great leader of an in 
existent soviet in Lima (1963).
	What is he doing every day?
	He use a computer to write slander and death threats to everybody. 
The entire international left, including the MRTA and other Maoists and 
pro-PCPSL currents like RIM, New Flag, etc. are accused to be CIA agents. 
Remember, he even tried to physically attack one comrade from this list some 
months ago!
	This person that justified the assassination of tens of Peruvian 
left-wingers and want to kill comrades from the rest of the left doesn't 
have the right to enter in marxist lists to physically intimidate comrades. 
	Olaechea is a charlatan that will never go to Peru to fight or will 
never be expelled to Peru. Fujimori is very happy using his intrigues and 
slanders against the Peruvian revolutionaries.
	Don't waste your time with this charlatan!
