Subject: M-G: Proyect in space and games...

I see that proyect has changed his mind again and has decided that the M-i
list can still be used for his space forums. When I say space forums I mean
how Proyect tries to take such a lofty list of questions as a continuation
of a forum which "Marxists" according to Proyect should be dealing with.

Now I am certainly not against forums nor in fact taking up some of the
questions on the long list presented by Proyect. But to take these questions
and raise them to the level that Proyect does is like taking "Marxism" into
outer space.

In his latest letter he quickly warns all and sundry about the horrors which
might come while the lofty "Marxists" including himself present us with some
more book reviews from New Left review perhaps and even throwing in some
names like Lenin and Luxemburg in a very neutral sense and Trotsky and
Stalin in a more hostile sense. Never mentioning some of the more renoun
Menshevik thinkers on these questions perhaps coming to close to a sore spot
of being once again accused of being a Neo Stalinist Menshevik at heart.

However I think that doing this type of introduction in order to prepare
list members of what might be coming is definitely connected to his own
personel political views and especially his genuine hostility to the
Trotskyists and Bolshevik Leninists. While at the same time trying to give
us the impression that his brand of broadie solutions and name dropping can
solve the problems facing the proletariat.

Unfortunately I must disagree. Proyects idea for a forum is completely
disconnected from any kind of real class struggle (although Zeynep writting
on the National question could be a very interesting reading) is mostly
constructed to the tastes of the intelligencia on the list who with words
think that they can change the world.

Unfortunately words have to be linked to class struggle reality and Proyects
forum hardly do that. In fact just the opposite it IGNORES real class
struggle. Today we have a situation in Albania which the LCrmi, Hugh and
others have taken up. We have Adam who has been very quiet lately taking up
many of the questions about European class struggle, we have the British
elections coming up. The situation in Africa, not to mention the former
deformed and degenerated workers states. We have perhaps? a couple of women
who want to raise the issue of feminism and the women,s question--Not to
mention the North American continent and the creation of a working class
party their.

Why is it that our list intellectuals with Proyect in the lead heading for
outerspace? Instead of linking these forums to concrete and real questions
facing poor and working class women. The last forum by the way went on for
months about the question of "if the western working class was revolutionary
at all?!" What conclusions were drawn by our intellectuals. Not fucking one
conclusion!

It appears to me that some of our list intellectuall want to use these kinds
of forums for their own egotistical gains or a clap on the head. This
connected to ignoring the political background which created the situation
we are confronted with by ignoring that Stalinism,Trotskyism,Maoism, and
Menshevism exist at all!

It appears to me that the reason that the list at times looks like a modern
version of psyko is just because our intellectuals are into cyber forums
totally disconnected to any kind of living reality. It is sort of like the
Intellectual version of the working class watching Dallas every week on the
Tele as the intellectualls especially the American left appear to be
enchanged in their own form of cyber masturbation of book review
discussions totally disconnected from anything real. I think it has
something to to with the lack of any Labor party and political backwardness
that exists in America. This is why the American left are into book
reviewing instead of real class struggle.

Both the LCrmi and Vlad or Adam for example are trying to connect to living
reality! Why is it that the other list intellectuals are going in exactly
the opposite direction. I thought that "Marxism" basic ABC's was linked to
living reality and not a bunch of dusty old books that our list
intellectuals have read. Not that I am against reading dusty old books and
applying it to living reality but in this case I think our list
intellectuals are hardly interested in applying this to realitry. Juist some
sort of intellectual masturbation to soothe there own egos.

Naturally I would never try to forbid these people from carrying on these
discussions. However I feel it my duty to point out that they appear to me
at least as not leading anywhere and mostly are used as a discussion club
against the revolutionary wing of the list.

I think that if the list continues along this path that it will be like
putting up a sign that workers and poor people need not apply to M-I. There
the only thing going on is a bunch of stuffy book review intellectuals whom
think that Marxism is discussing books while ignoring both the political
reality we exist in and at the same time think that reports on real workers
struggles belong not on M-I but marxism-news!

That my friends is really fucking incredible!

Now to the "games" stuff! What is this surpose to mean for poor and working
class people? Could someone please explain the oh so deep stuff in this
shit? I think that the only real game is that our list intellectuals are
masturbating. Naturally I hope that someone can prove me wrong..

In closing I would like to say that I think that the disconnected and spacy
way our intellectuals are trying to solve the problems of poor and working
class people are about as useless as Aldolfo and his new partner Mark's
Stalin list. But the intellectuals are certainly more polite!

Naturally I will use the time I have to try and intervene in the coming
outer space forums planned by Proyect in order to connect them to both
living reality and political reality. You know that stuff that Proyect took
three forths of his latest letter to warn list members about. What this list
certainly does not need is more masturbating intellectuals.

Warm Regards
Bob Malecki
