Well! I am glad to hear that Dave thinks that Cockroach is a  "full fledged 
political
magazine". Now naturally I am also glad the "Socialist Organizer" (USec?) 
defends vietnam exiles like myself. Unfortunately Dave appears to think that 
many of the issues in Cockroach do not deal with the LP. Well being a 
communist/Trotskyist of a different valour then lets say Dave the member of 
Socialist organiser who obviously thinks his made task in the world is 
deciding just what is good for people in the Labor Party to read or not is I 
must say acting more like a dictator rather then leaving the choice to the 
individual subscriber who I assume knows how to use the delete button.

And as far as what issues a LP should be discussing. Well, as a future 
workers party in America it is both your duty and responsibility to know 
what is going on in the world outside of the latest LP "campaign" where the 
grass roots are told to go out there and get them while the LP leadership is 
sucking up to the Democratic Party. And still has not even been able to call 
for and independent party by breaking with the democrats.

At best the LP is trying to be the leftface of the democratic party and in 
reality as the debate lately has shown spits on the struggles of poor and 
working class people. 

By the way the latest Cockroach that has been banned partially takes up the 
LP in England and the SLP. In other words both "new" and "old" labor. Much 
of the left and this obviously includes David and his "Socialist Organiser" 
see real Trotskyists as a danger in their appetite to tail any "old" or 
"new" labor formation more then likely because we honestly try to fight in 
the inierests of poor and working class people.

One of these tasks is naturally exposing LP fakers who can't even get it up 
to break with the Democrats which is the fundemental question in order to 
get any kind of "critical" support from organisations that are interested in 
going much futher then the LP, Dave and his Socialist Organiser ever dreamed 
off.

The above is a lie and a slander! Actually I post Cockroach to 10 or 11 
newsgroups out of 20,000! And I try to post to the LP list, and the lists at 
Jefferson Village.
Just because Dave and the Socialist organiser want to muck around in the pro 
democratic party cesspool of the LP tops, Cockroach is interested in raising 
the horizons of any worker or poor person who might walk in here by mistake. 

What Dave is really worried about is the problem of his own political 
trajectory of trying to find a cozy place amongst and LP that can not even 
clearly state something very elemental for millions of poor and working 
class people in America. And that is that the Democratic Party which the LP 
tops have tied on to their coattails is one of the twin parties of the 
American Ruling class.

It is responsible for many wars and the suffering of millions of people in 
the third world. It has declared war on its own working class time and again 
and these days basically has the line of the republican party of telling the 
poor and working class of America to starve to death.

Cockroach advocates another line. We are not on the side of those who time 
and again have betrayed poor and working class people in order to be fed 
with the silver spoon of the democratic party. Malecki wants a party who 
stands in irrecouncible opposition to all the Labor fakers that put their 
own interests before the interests of the millions upon millions of poor and 
working class people around the world and in this case America.

What Dave wants is to build a party from the top down with all kinds of 
bureaucrats and outright traitors. Cockroach wants to build a workers party 
>from the bottom up which will fight only in their OWN interests and with the 
goal of smashing the ruling class and replacing it with a real "democracy". 
A democracy based on poor and working class people which will put all of 
their enemies, the ruling class, the yuppies, the bureaucrats in a position 
where thery never again will be able to control things and "enrich" themselves.

Sorry if Cockroach upsets some of the more queezy and sleezy political 
stomachs of those who use organisational manuvres in order to stop people 
like myself and Cockroach.

And the excuse about cluttering up the LP with newspapers can be simply 
solved by having a list called "LP news" or something where newspapers can 
be posted. But it is not that Dave is after. Dave is afraid that Cockroach 
might chase away some of his potential political partners in a future LP 
which does not break with the democrats and "serious" people who might get 
upset by Malecki's style. 

Malecki on the other hand wants Cockroach to be the voice of the millions 
upon millions who are beginning to feel the effects of the new turn by the 
International bougeoisie in declaring war on their own poor and working 
class people after the demise of the former Soviet union..

Finally the fact that the many of the LP are loudly defending the right to 
"free" speech for fascists!  And now have become so silent when a cringing 
"leftist" doing a dive into the LP envionment is playing the big boss with a 
stick and a carrot! More and more it appears that the present human material 
on the list (however this could change) are blowing soapbubbles around 
"democratic rights" for fascists and gagging Malecki's Cockroach. Many 
appear to be acting like the Germans!
 (I didn't know what was goin on) stuff. 

Many here claim that they defend free speech for fascists! I don't and never 
will. Well the question must be posed. Where are all you free speechers when 
a "leftist" opponent who is more loyal to his own organisation "Socialist 
Organiser" bans Cockroach! I openly admit that Cockroach has NO political 
affiliations. (Nobody gets a free ticket!) However I do have a warm heart 
fot the International Communist League (ICL) better known to the Americans 
as the "Sparts".

Oh horror of horrors! Now Dave will not only want to ban Cockroach but 
probably hang that horrible Malecki by his toes. But it is a skandal that 
Dave and others are trying to gag Malecki who lives in exile and can in no 
other way participate in the discussions in America. So in fact your are 
acting like the extended arm of the FBI and CIA Dave in silencing people 
like myself. Time and again they have been trying to silence the whole 
question of Vietnam. Well we will try in every way possible to fight you on 
this. 

Some of my veteran friends here who are not political at all have seen this 
stuff and their immediate reaction was to perhaps "take one of those big 
trench rats from Nam and tie it onto your balls." Dave! I naturally said NO 
Communists are against violence in the workers movement and a free debate. 
We never resort on principle to the tactics that Dave has sunk too..

PS: putting this on line Today with the above header and in a future issue 
of Cockroach! I mean I never go behind the backs of people and manovrer with 
all kinds of hattricks.
