El Diario Internacional No. 40 is out

I've recently received a batch of copies of (Spanish-language
monthly) El Diario Internacional, issue No. 40, July 1997, for
further distribution. I'm posting its text in 5 parts to this 
list (M-G) and to newsgroups.

As readers of earlier comments of mine and of my postings in
general have seen, on some important international issues I
rather sharply disagree with the standpoint of this publication,
which however I hold contains important information and justly 
supports the people's war in Peru and to whose dissemination I 
therefore intend to continue contributing.
