Dr Sendepause & the Klasberries ("Editorial Staff Neue Einheit")
wrote the below on 05.08

- and re-reading the posting now, I see that it contains one
big fat lie that I didn't even notice the first time. I intend
later to go into the questions of a whole series of lies by
that so sadly degenerated organization, the main facts about
which can be proved too on the hand of various documents. Here
just some lines about this particular thing.

Since over a year back, I've been pointing out publicly the
fact that the "NE" - which in its former capacity as a really
Marxist-Leninist party for many years was miles ahead of everyone
else as to knowledge of the vital facts of concern to the inter-
national M-L movement and whose absolute duty it thus was to help
other M-L forces discern the correct from the false and of course
combat the imperialists' subversion also internationally - has
been absolutely silent on the important reactionary so-called
"RIM Declaration".

This cannot be explained by that organization's perhaps having no
knowledge of that document. I mailed it - at a time when it was
long since bourgeois-degenerated - a copy of it, in June 1994, as
I've already written elsewhere. And some facts show that it must
in reality have known of that document since at least some time
between May 1987 and May 1988. During the time when I continued to
be in close contact with the NE, however - then even as a member of
that organization, from early 1987 on - up until April 1990, I
never heard a word from it about there existing such a thing as the
"RIM" at all; the existence of this entity I only learned about in
1992, and the text of its basic document I didn't see until in
February 1993 - when I was taking part in the IEC Founding
Conference, as it happened, in Duisburg, Germany, next door to
one of the centrals of the NE, which was and is in Dortmund.

Now in this recent posting, the Klasberries are saying i.a.:

>Now he has a new reason for his
>further absurd accusations against our organization: allegedly it
>is the fact that we do not consider the RIM-declaration of 1984 as
>a "CIA-document", a declaration which has also been backed by the
>PCP.

and:

>As a matter of fact, there have been heavy attacks on Mao Zedong's
>foreign policy of the time from 1970 to 1976, insultive remarks
>against the Marxist-Leninist movement in Europe and more. Already
>in a discussion during a conference of our organization in 1986-87
>it had become clear that we could not accept the declaration.
>Martens also attended to this discussion. But indeed we never
>qualified this declaration like Rolf Martens now does. Indeed there
>is no proof for such heavy assertions.

The sentences no:s 2 and 3 here at least *strongly hint at* the "RIM
Declaration's" having been discussed at that 1986-87 NE conference,
in which I in fact did take part, and at my thus having been informed
about the existence of that entity, the "RIM", and the wording of
its "Declaration" too, even at that time.

Do the sentences quite directly maintain that this document itself
actually was discussed? Not really. These people are keeping a
loophole open; if attacked on this point they could say: "It had
become clear, because of our standpoint in general, that we could
not accept such a declaration."

To unwary people however, it must seem that they intended to say
that the document *was* discussed, with me present. It's also a
fact that it didn't only become clear at that 1986-87 conference
but had been quite clear since more than a decade back that the
NE would never accept the riduculous lies of the "RIM Declaration".
So such a "loophole interpretation" would be a piece of sophistry
for that reason too.

Anyway, the fact is that the "RIM Declaration" *by no means* was
discussed or in any way mentioned at that conference. The Klas-
berries are *lying* by their hinting this in this way.

Can I *prove* that it wasn't discussed? No, not quite directly.
It's my word against theirs on this particular point.

*But* people today can ascertain rather clearly anyway that it's
Dr Sendepause & the Klasberries who're lying here. And how?

Because of the fact that there *was* NO public statement whatsoever
by the NE on the very harmful "RIM Declaration". If genuine, honest,
the NE absolutely would have been obliged to make such a statement,
in order to warn everybody. But they didn't. And this fact exposes
their organization as in reality a *very* sinister entity. A very
clever one too, one that can make such indeed damned good things
as Dr Sendepause's criticism of J.C. Marti=E1tegui (30.06.97) - and
*have* to do such stuff now and then just to try to keep up their
camouflage - but which you should *trust* as much as you would a
rattlesnake.

As I said, more on this later.

Rolf M.
