With his latest smear with NO PROOF which he admits Proyect has shown that 
he will continue to smear people as cop/agents in the anti-war movement and 
through his own actions has put himself beyond the bounds of the workers 
movement. And I declare proudly open season on this class traitor 
cop/prosecuter for the government and the courts.

I see that Proyect is using the bougeois newspapers in his case as F.B.I. 
prosecuter today! He even got one of his pals under the guise of 
investigating the anti war movement to write me a few months back for all 
information pertaining to my case. Why don't you publish the entire letter 
Proyect?

Unfotunately I can not defend myself here as their are a number of people 
still under indictment and living in exile or underground in various parts 
of the world.

However, their are numerous articles in both the Cleveland daily newspapers, 
Washington Papers, Baltimore papers and Lewisburg papers that prove that 
quite a number of draftboards did in fact get hit, that dow Chemical did get 
hit and that Malecki among others a few days after each event held press 
conferences claiming "responsibilty" for these actions by saying that "we 
would not toleratepoor and working class people being sent off to be used as 
cannon fodder" and "Turn the guns around" among other things..

There are also reports of a deal with the North Vietnamese to exchange 
Malecki and a convicted Russian spy imprisonedd at Lewisburg to exchange 
themselves for two B-52 pilots alive or dead being held in capitivity. There 
is also numerous articles about the Berrigan conspiracy case in Lewisburg 
where numerous people were planning to blow up the whitehouse and take out 
the B-52s on Guam.

There are reports of a secret grand jury indicting a number of people in 
Ohio for "conspiracy" to blow up power plants in the midwest.
And their is the article that Proyect published as state prosecuter to 
"expose" the cop agent Malecki...

What really makes sense that Proyect takes one article from the bougeois 
press and starts a smear campaign. Throughing shit at Malecki and publishing 
names of people who are still in exile and underground facing long prison 
sentences. The only thing missing is Proyect trying to link the Berrigans 
and others to his cop/agent theory.

But he is right about the SWP they would not lift a finger to defend Malecki 
or the Berrigans nor the weatherman. They were to busy sucking up to the 
liberals and reformists with their slogans of "Out Now" and trying to get 
lined up with the black Mayor Stokes of Cleveland at the time. How could 
they possibly defend Catholic activists and the weatherman with such and 
appetite. Besides that they were hanging out in the Unirversity in Cleveland 
far away from the ghettoes on the east side and the lower west side where we 
were working and also the weatherman in organising poor and working class 
people. In fact we had such good contacts we knew when the FB! moved in 
across the street into a house for nuns to spy on us! Because the people 
cleaning up the nuns shit were people from the neigborhood. We found out 
that they had brought in special cameras and technical equipment to 
photograph and pick up conversations of our discussions..

But as I said I will not go into detail of this stuff. My credentials I have 
also published to this list in the form of two recent letters last year from 
Phil Berrigan a long time friend and well known in the anti war movement. Or 
how about Liz McCallister also well known and now Berrigans wife and 
companion in stuggle..Why doesn't Proyect get their testimony on Malecki 
instead of using one article out of many many to really expose Malecki. I 
mean what a scoop for the neo Stalinist Yellow journalist and now federal 
prosecuter.

I once again appeal to this list that Proyect is involved in a dispicable 
smear and cop/baiting campaign that could endanger real peoples lives 
including my own upon return to the United states.

His campaign endangers people who had their convictions and tried in every 
way in the power to put and end to the war. Many of them outstanding 
activists whom I love very deeply despite that I no longer adhere to there 
Chatholic Pacifist ideology and which i questioned from the very beginning 
as tactical suicide.

I say to the list that they demand a little more proof then Proyect 
publishing every six months one of the newspaper articles that I myself sent 
to the list in the first place! Along with letters from Phil Berrigan 
written to me only a tear or so ago..

His extremely provocative cop/agent baiting and now in the name of the SWP 
also is putting this organisation beyond a reformist party that has broken 
with Trotskyism to a party that advocates being a federal prosecuter against 
anti-war activists in exile and underground for a very long time. I do not 
think that the SWP would want the label of being federal attourneys and 
prosecuters like Proyect connected to their party in any way. I do not think 
that they woulkd want to endanger many people from the Chatholic left that 
could be affected by this smear campaign by the neo Stalinist yellow 
journalist that deserted the SWP and today is a neo Stalinist and Menshevik 
prosecuter for the government based on one article that Malecki sent to the 
list in the first place! So i suggest that the SWP here on thgis list 
denounce Proyect and his cop/agent prosecuter activities and dragging your 
name into the middle of this....

Proyect in his ivor to get Malecki has gone far beyond the tactics that any 
socialist or communist would go. He has done this conciously and with NO 
PROOF. But by using one! article from a bougeois newspaper to try and 
convict Malecki as and agent provacateur paid by the government. If this was 
the case then why hasn't Phil Berrigan said so! He was there in the very 
same prison at the time and we saw each other every day. Why Malecki's book? 
Why the appeal? Why are many people still living in exile and underground 
after all these years?

If Proyects accusations are true I should be living in the United States in 
a safe house with and FBI pension and all of the people in the entire 
Chatholic left still rotting in jail! This filthy smear campaign by Proyect 
which is beinf accepted on this list without protest except from a few 
militants is despicable. This man without any PROOF has been cop/baiting 
Malecki and publishing names of other activists who's lives are at stake. He 
is unconciously dragging many outstanding militants like Phil Berrigan and 
others into this by taking sides with the government in trying to pin a 
gigantic conspiracy on us during those days. In fact he unknowingly is 
drawing the weathmen into this also..

But he is to stupid and synical to realize that campaigns like this are 
exactly the method of informers and moles sent in to try and set us up back 
then. He is acting just like Boyd Douglas the FBI informer sent in to 
Lewisburg to get the goods on many of the activists who were their at the 
time. He is acting like "Linda" who became star witness for the government. 
Only he is doing it today backhandely as a neo Stalinist Menshevik and using 
the SWP as his authority.

So in reality in his "expose" of Malecki the cop/agent he has become the 
prosecuting government lawyer and his evidence is ONE (!) article from the 
bourgeois press!

It is a skandal that a "Trotskyist" list on USEnet tolerates the deeds of 
this cop/lawyer and his "expose" from the bougeois press. He is trying to 
turn this list into a federal court and he is the prosecuter and judge. He 
is dragging now the reformist SWP into the middle of this shit. He has in 
DEED put himself beyond the bounds of the workers movement. Which means that 
the rule of Workers Democracy no longer applies to him. He now becomes a 
target of the class enemy.

As and FBI cop/prosecuter for the government he through his actions of 
"exposure" with no proof endangers the lives of people who were doing 
everything possible to see that America was defeated in the war. He wants to 
help the cops put Malecki and others away with a smear campaign admitting he 
has no proof.

He should be given a lesson that he will never forget as a cop/agent fink 
who endangers people's lives with his activities. Any serious leftist should 
spit on this aging ex SWPer now turned neo Stalinist Yellow journalist. He 
should be taken in a back alley and soundly beaten for his cop/agent baiting 
activities with the warning that this activity can not be tolerated in the 
workers movement. I give my full support to anybody in the workers movement 
that gives this ex-member of the left and workers movement my support if he 
were to be given a hard lesson on how communists deal with cop/agent baiters 
acting like a federal prosecuter. He has put himself by his activities of 
time and again smearing and endangering peoples lives through his activities 
without proof outside of the workers movement in my book.

Unfortunately being on the other side of the world in exile and with 
numerous indictments sitting over my head I can not myself give this class 
traitor a lesson he will never forget. However I do have numerous friends 
and hopefully some of them will give Proyect a lesson that he will 
understand. That he just will not be allowed to continue his cop/baiting 
smear activities from his computer without being taught a lesson that will 
remind him of what poor and working class people will do to stop his 
extremely dangerous provocations.

I hereby openly and publically declare that I know longer consider Louis 
Proyect as part of the workers movement. But just a cop/prosecuter for the 
government. Thus it is open season to deal with this cop/prosecuter to make 
sure that he thinks twice before his cop/prosecuter exposes without proof 
which he admits and ONLY with one areticle from a bougeois newspaper and 
wild and dangerous accusations which are extremely dangerous not only to 
mysel but other quite well known people from the anti-war movement.

Any actions like spitting on him are just taking him in and alley and giving 
him a sound lesson about his cop/baiting government prosecuter role I will 
defend whole heartly and publically on Internet. This is a warning to those 
who desert the workers movement for the government and their courts that 
ex-leftists like Proyect will not be allowed to continue with his activities.

Hopefully in the near future I will be able to publish something like this:

Louis Proyect ex member of the SWP turned neo Stalinist Menshevik yellow 
journalist who left the workers movement to become a federal prosecuter 
against against anti-Vietnam War activists in is old age was taken by some 
people his head stuffed in a toilet filled with shit at the university in 
New York he recides with his free access to Internet. A sign that says 
communists and socialists or Vietnam vets will not tolerate ex-leftists 
turned cop/prosecuter without proof in endangering peoples pinned on his ass!

Malecki and Cockroach defends the actions of these people as a sanitary 
measure and warning to ex-leftists who join the class enemy and the state in 
their ivor to smear and endanger people who put their lives on the line and 
some who payed dearly in order to defeat the American Imperialists in Vietnam!

Proyect has no one to blame except himself and he really deserves a lesson 
he will never forget. He has put himself outside of the workers movement by 
is cop/prosecuter acttivities..

And i would be so proud to publish such and article over the net. Which I 
shall do with this one..
