The Chinese revisionist promotion of savage capitalism under the banner of
"primary stage of socialism" is a most ridiculous swindle, and those who
attempt to sell this swindle are blatantly insulting the intelligence of the
working class all over the world.

According to Jian Zemin "the primary stage of socialism means the
undeveloped stage".  I.e. a "socialism" which remains undeveloped and only
"develops" in so far as capitalism develops the monopoly capitalist economic
base upon which socialism may be built after "a considerably long period of
time".!

Allelluyah - Isn't this beautiful?  


The Chinese revisionists have "discovered" another stage of socialism
hitherto unknown to Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Mao Tse-tung, except by
its proper name: unbriddled capitalist exploitation. 

Lenin spoke of the lower stage of socialist society and characterised it thus:

"The first phase of communism, therefore, cannot yet provide justice and
equality: differences and unjust differences, in wealth will still persist,
but the EXPLOITATION of man by man will have BECOME IMPOSSIBLE, because it
will be impossible to seize the MEANS OF PRODUCTION - the factories,
machines, land, etc. - and make them private property".

And further:

"Until the "higher" phase of communism arrives, the socialists demand the
STRICTEST control by society AND BY THE STATE over the measure of labour
and the measure of consumption; but this control must START with the
expropriation of the capitalists, with the establishment of workers'
control over the capitalists, and MUST BE EXERCISED NOT BY A STATE OF
BUREAUCRATS, but by a STATE of armed workers". 


As it is absolutely evident that the exploitation of man by man - far from
having become imposssible in Deng's China, has in fact become the main aim
in life of the "get rich quick" bureacrat capitalist game - it can not be
said, even by the blindest of the blindest bats of revisionism, that
socialism is advancing any where by imposing the STRICTEST CONTROL by
society over the measure of labour - unless they want us to laugh in their
faces!

Nor can it be said that the Strictest Control over the measure of
consumption has any thing to do with the Dengists millionaires, and as to
the expropiation of the capitalists...... well now, the "undeveloped stage
of socialism, requires the expropiation of the state by foreign and national
monopolies.  

Therein, the latest category of "discovery" of certain "socialists" in the
West who sing the praises of Deng Xiao-ping Theory is that of a new, even
lower stage of "socialism" which the Denguists call the "undeveloped stage"
- i.e. a socialism in words and social-fascist unbriddled repression and
savage capitalist exploitation of the proletariat in deeds!.
