Bob,
New you would appreciate it.  We have an official reply coming 
sometime directed at the horses mouth.
I'm not on the Trotsky Project, so I am unaware of any bans. We have 
allowed an early document which originates our differences with the ICL 
to be put on that list.  So if  ICL or its supporters such as 
yourself are denied a reply we would obviously have to challenge that 
decision.  I will post that article to you in case you don't have it.
