You just answered one question I had. My question was (since you are a

Workers are welcome, but they must pass Doug's petty-bourgeois and
Victorian cleanliness test. 

Don't choke on the bones in the salmon. It would spoil the evening ... as
well as the taste of the Chardonnay.
