Chris Driscoll an honest leading spokesman (for a bankrupt political line) 
and contributer to the LP list writes;

One thing one can say about Chris is that he trys to be honest on the 
cop/baiting question. But the point is that Daymon is quite guilty of open 
and viscious cop/baiting of and American anti-war exile...Even the 
originator of this slander Proyect was forced to admit that this was 
unproven..On principle I oppose at this point that Daymon be removed from 
the LP list. But he should be given a warning that if he does resort to this 
kind of poison in the workers movement then he will be removed permanantly 
from the list..If you accuse somebody of being a cop then you had better 
have some hard facts to back it up. Otherwise we wind up in the Stalinist 
and neo-Stalinist school of falsification...

Now to the other point. If Daymon resorted to unprincipled cop/baiting of 
political opponents is one thing. But the present ban on Malecki on the LP 
list is a serious attempt by the LP moderators in real action to *police* 
the political debate and in fact gag opponents to the present perspective 
that people on the LP list have for building a "Labor" party.

Daymon, perhaps in rage made a serious unprincipled mistake in words which 
could have far reaching consequences. However the *deeds* of the moderaters 
in gagging political opponents to the present LP line are far more guilty of 
acting like enforcers of what people have the right to read or delete on a 
list which is suppose to be open.

In fact the actions of the moderator is like a court "injunction" which 
denies certain people rights arbitrarily and without do process even in the 
bougeois sense of law and order! And in fact if my theory is correct-- based 
their expulsion on a snitch! in the form of a far more serious cop baiter in 
the form of Louis Proyect who was used by the moderators of the LP list to 
inform the entire Internet of my mandatory expulsion. The lawyer for the 
moderators Louis Proyect has time and again openly accused Malecki of being 
in the pay of the government and at best and agent Provacateur! Then forced 
to admit that he had no proof!

So in fact the unprincipled and dangerous words of Daymon in fact are minor 
compared to the moderators of the LP list using Proyect to inform the 
Internet of my unprincipled expulsion..In fact you used the originator of 
the cop/agent slander against Malecki as your messenger boy to the entire 
Internet.

Hopefully a principled opposition to this "new" policy of bans and 
exclusions on the LP list and using people like Proyect who is a proven cop 
baiter (against Malecki) and proven snitch of political opponents (turning 
the opposition to his politics into unirversity administrators in and attemp 
to get them shut of the net) to be the messenger boy for the decisions of a 
small group of moderators who appear to have become the judge, prosecuter 
and jury of the LP list. And who has the right to be on what is suppose to 
be and "open" list..

Stop the ban and purges on the LP list..My only crime is arguing 
politics..Which certainly is not a crime.

PS: Chris you certainly have the right to think and say Malecki is and 
"idiot". But the activities of the moderators of the LP list go far beyond 
what the workers movement needs or Daymon's hastily written angry words..So 
be honest now and oppose on principle the policing of the LP list...
