Sorry if I got the history of the letter wrong. However, since Malecki
is not recieving the posts from this list anymore, he cannot know
whether or not you posted the same message to the list. So he responded
to it as though you did. That may or may not be a plot on his part to
expose what he knew to be a private letter between you and him.

Malecki replies;
Why Chris, how right you are! I mean I was never even informed by the 
moderaters of the LP list that I was banned. In fact it was Louis Proyect 
who broke the news to the entire left on the net. And naturally I would like 
to know why I was not informed, but a know cop/baiter and snitch like 
Proyect was given this privelige..

Chris continues;
I do apreciate the fact that your accusation was not intended to be made
public though. I guess that from this point our best move foreward would
be to agree that we don't want any cop baiting on this list, even if it
is of a nut of the caliber of Malecki.

By the way, I have personally known three people who were exposed as
real cops. Each time it happened through court orders or through the
person becoming sick with themselves and exposing themselves. The one
thing I learned from each of those experiences is that the cop is almost
always the best activist, the best leader, and the least suspected. The
cop agencies do that for two reasons. First, that type of person is more
likely to be privey to information from the group's top leadership
bodies, and the person is followed and respected, so that if the cops
want to set people up, it is easier to do with a simple sting operation
led by the cop him or herself.

Maleck replies;
Geez cHris, thanks for the lecture. But, just because Malecki wants to 
overthrow every government in the world and especially the American 
government by leading the workers and poor people in a desperate struggle to 
smash the state and set up a "real" democratic workers state based on the 
dictatorship of the Proletariat certainly does not mean that I am a nut or a 
cop. I just have the positions that both Lenin and Trotsky had on this stuff..

But your preaching is not directed at me in reality, But the Social 
Democratic legalism and reformist model that you preech and anybody that 
starts talking about workers and poor peoples revolution both through legal 
and when necessary illegal means just scares the bloody pants off of you. 
Below you even admit this when you start talking about somebody who 
advocates "violent illegal activity" and then start talking about democratic 
forms, when the moderators act of viscious violence of gagging people by 
banning them is only the Internet version of the Moscow trials. You people 
can just push a button. But Stalin had to use is Cheka and the secret police 
to silence the left opposition to his rightwing politics. And to get Trtsky 
and assasin with and icepick..

The Social Democrats have a history of violence directed against leftists. 
By both using the courts, cops and violence to silence their voices. One of 
the best examples is just being played up everynight on TV where a file on 
an ex-left wing maoist has turned up after twenty years saying the the 
secret police in Sweden "SAPO" were responsible for stopping him from 
getting a job because he belong to a "Communist" organization. The Social 
Democrats in power during the fifties and 60ties and 70ties and today have 
use the state secret police to register and discriminate just about anybody 
whom they think are Communists. Just as in and earlier period they helped 
the Nazi's get Norwegian underground fighters!

And in fact the policy introduced now by the LP list is in fact a first step 
in just using violence and organizational manuvers to stop left opponents 
from having their say on a so called open labor party list ..

So your preeching to scare people about cops is ridiculous under these 
circumstances and deadly politically wrong. In fact Communist and Socialists 
in many countries in the world are forced to work "illegally" because of 
state repression. And communists see bougeois democracy has and opportunity 
to use under the "legal" conditions that exist in this democracy to struggle 
for working class and poor peoples power. But we have no illusions about 
this fake democracy. Every striker that has walked a picket line knows just 
how much this democracy is worth when push comes to shove. In other words 
dipshit, zero, nothing. And for the minority groups living in America 
understand very well that "democracy" is usually dealt out at the end of a 
billy club, pepper spray, tear gas and rubber bullets and when that is not 
enough they bring in the real artillery like they did against the black 
Panthers or in more subtle ways the case of Jamal and now his son.

So don't try and push that democratic bullshit garbage to poor and working 
class people. Maybe the liberals like to hear this shit but Communists have 
no illusions about "Bourgeois" democracy. And realize that it could very 
well mean that sooner or later one must become and illegal organization. And 
the degree of "violence" depends on the situation! For example shooting a 
Nazi by the underground resistance to Hitler was certainly very bloody and 
violent but was it wrong?

The best way to deal with it is to never follow someone who tries to
lead you into violent ilegal action, to always demand democracy in form
as well as content. That is why I am asking for formal democratic rules
here on this list! (at least one of the reasons). And never, never deify
any leader. Non of us in the workers movement have been without blemish,
even Tony Mazzocchi, Gene Debs, Karl Marx, V.I. Lenin, Mao, Stalin,
Trotsky, Norman Thomas, whichever brand or type of leader, they all had
blemishes and non were perfect. They all had some good ideas and some
bad ideas. But I'll be damned if I would ever follow any of them into
hell!

Yeah, putting all these characters on the same level. Well, I don't. Trotsky 
and Lenin yes! But Stalin "blemished"?  Mazzocchi and the LP and thei coward 
silence on the Detroit workers only taking part in the funeral? Mao 
"blemished? Hmmm
And all of them one big happy family.. What a joke. But what you really want 
to say is you want LP activists to ignore history and ignore politics 
because each and every one of the above had times stood for politics that 
were not only wrong but meant gigantic historical defeats that drowned poor 
and working class people in rivers of blood and pyramids of skulles. With 
the exception of Lenin and Trotsky who did live through all the phases of 
revolution and preparation for revolution. Both "legal" work and "illegal" 
work, a world war and then a desperate struggle for power, and then a civil 
war etc..

You allso lean towards the "we shall over come" bullshit generation. 
Although Communists on principle do not like violence, we do realize that 
class struggle and revolutions are the most violent and progressive 
struggles of history and if we do not take power and if necessary violently 
supress capitalism then this only means that our blood will always be shed 
in the interests of the ruling classes and the bosses of the world. 
Communist really do mean it when we say "Turn the Guns around, the main 
enemy is at home". Because if we do not defeat them well their system has 
always meant the most viscious and horrible and violence against our class 
always!
So don't tell us about democracy. Communist are for "Workers Democracy" and 
nothing else. This means freedom to speak and critisize. A united front is 
the same connected to "unity" in action..

But the LP list has now incorporated the Stalinist model of "democracy" and 
are defending it with liberal "we shall overcome" arguements..

You will find that as long as you keep to those simple rules, cops won't
be able to adversly affect your organization, no matter how hard they
try.

Sure Chris and pigs fly! Your only simple rule is supporting the gag of 
Malecki on a so called "open" list. And then smacking Daymon on the finger 
for his viscious slander. Beyond that all the words in the world can not 
wash away the fact that the LP undemocratically and in a very cowardly way 
(by using Proyect as messenger boy) are now starting to uphold the Stalinist 
organizational norm against left wing opponents. My "spam" is in reality the 
political content which opposes the rotten down on the knees eating the 
crumbs off the table of the Democratc party and the trade union bureacrats 
that the present leadership wants to use to derail good militants from 
building a "real" independent Labor Party based on workers and poor people 
and their organizations.. That is the bottom line here and always has been. 
Even more so is that I think that a Labor Party has to go even much futher 
then that and we need a party who wants not only to organize the poor and 
working class independently, but lead it in a desperate struggle for power 
and expropriating the expropriators not only in America but every where 
setting up workers governments, planned economies in the transition to a 
communist society..

And this my friend you fear most..Well poor and working class people have 
nothing to lose and everything to gain old chap.

No apologies here. He is trying to claim it was OK to accuse Malecki a cop 
who has exposed himself again! Because he did it "privately" which I could 
possibly not have know as i was banned. But even PRIVATELY is wrong period 
on principle!

 Both your accusation and Proyect's endangers not only Malecki living in 
exile and faced with lots of years in prison, but other people  and some of 
them very outstanding people living in America. Not only is Malecki wanted 
by the government but numerous others and accusations like this could mean 
very much if someone were caught or decided to surface in a public way. In 
fact it could mean that any attempt to return from exile or surface 
publically is destroyed. But even more important helps the state put 
leftists in jail. One again I defend all of my "violent" actions in order to 
stop the war in Vietnam. I will NEVER apoligize!

So Why doesn't Chris give the LP list a lecture on "leftists" helping the 
American goverment get Vietnam war activists. That is not only a crime but a 
"real" act of violence directed at all poor and working class people..

And Daymond! From what i hear about your organization;

 (Daymon's current "Committee For A New America"
is just Nelson Peery's old Communist Labor Party ultra-Stalinists from
Detroit, if you remember them, plus a post-soviet-collapse liberal 
facelift.)

I guess I can not expect and apology! As they say their are rivers of blood 
between us. And to say that I am banned from the LP list and these Stalinist 
traitors are welcome as a fucking patriotic cheer leading neo Stalinist 
organization says much more about how the reformist,liberals and Stalinists 
who at present are drawing the banjo strings and buttons on the LP list..Any 
serious militant will see that these people are not only and obstacle to 
poor and working class people trying to build a workers party in America, 
but will do ever dirty trick in the book to gag their political opponents. I 
once again call on all Socialist and communist and class concious militants 
to oppose these attempts to gag and open and free debate in the struggle to 
forge an Indepenndent party for poor and working class people..
