I see Buford is starting with his organizational manuvers again to get a number of people removed from M-G. I think that Chris would do much better to argue the political content of the "Zines" concerned then talking about table manners.. In fact there is a list where Chris can go that accepts his kind of arguements. But the arguements that Chris makes of "net ettiquet" only exist in his mind and are directed at certain people whom he politically disagrees with. He never takes up the question of someone posting New York times articles without asking authors.. I oppose any bans on M-G including the darling Chris and his faith in the new Social democracy of tony blair and the middle class. I also think there are certain people which could be banned from this lists. Fascists being a good example. In fact Chris the latest *real* provacation came from you by putting to question not Liam's political material he sends to the list, but the fact that he might use a number of different addresses. And I think that Liam should continue to send his material to the list with out any fucking secret code in order to read it. Just as I will defend the right of our list Maoist "Rolf" sending his garbage to the list or the MIM or anyone else who thinks he or she has something to say in the interests of poor and working class people. Since when have these open lists and the material sent to them become the "private" property of the sender? This is a public debate and the material can and should be spread to as many people as possible who are interested in reading it. It has nothing to do with the personal whims or table manners dreamed up by Chris. But discussions which are both vital and necessary for political clarity. I suggest that Chris use his head and his keyboard to answer with political arguements rather then bans and exclusions. These kinds of tactics are worthy of political gangsters and cowards who fear arguing openly, publically and at times heatedly around questions that are vital for poor and working class people. I also oppose Liam's counter purposal of banning Buford. Because it is falling into the same trap that Buford is setting up for his political opponents. That is rather then open and honest discussions--bans and purges--in order to avoid discussing political issues.. And if Buford is so concerned about the quality and form of the contributions rather then political content, I suggest he crawl back to M-I with his Stalinist pals who are experts on these kinds of organizational manuvers. M-G is a list open to all with the exception of fascists. So if you don't like it leave..And take you whining elsewhere. Or wight something political rather then questioning the motives of what other people are doing here. And you still haven't replied to the "victim" question Chris..
